I took some artistic liberties with the plot of a dream by friend Maureen. I can't actually remember what her real dream was, because my mind immediately turned it into this.
Another of friend Dan's dreams. He dreamed that he went to the bathroom and discovered a black-and-white Lucy cleaning his toilet.
Hugh dreamed that Liz 1 and Liz 2 insisted on getting spray tans, even though he warned them that it would look awful.
Catherine dreamed she came around the corner to find a baby elephant sleeping in a Volkswagon.
Shannon dreamed that a tiny Asian girl stole one of her giant office desks and ran away with it, with Shannon chasing her through Harvard Square.
Friend Janine dreamed that she and her husband were sitting in the back of their car while teaching their daughter to drive. They were pulled over by a lady cop (played in the dream by my sister Elizabeth), who told them they couldn't drive around like that, a licensed driver had to be in the front seat. And then Ladycop offered them corn on the cob.
Brian dreamed that he and Hugh attended a Katy Perry concert, but nobody else was there, so she sang just for them. Partway through, they got bored and tried to leave, and she got really mad at them.
Dreamed by a friend of Fran's. She was expecting visitors, but they arrived early, so she was still in her pajamas. When she went into the yard to fire up the barbecue, two sheep with very large teeth appeared and began attacking her by biting her bum.
 Kim dreamed that she and Flava-Flav were studying geometry together.
My friend Dan dreamed that he, his wife, and their friend were all standing on top of the Natick Collection while Singing "The Impossible Dream" from Man of La Mancha. As they reached the final notes, they all joined hands and plummeted over the edge. Dan did not go willingly.
| Jenn BeanI like to draw things. Sometimes I draw people's dreams. Sometimes I draw anecdotes from real life. There are a couple of full-length play illustrations on here. I will also draw puns and one-liners, if that's amusing to me at the time. Many of my images use a sort of "altered art" approach, where I mix drawing with photographs.
